CRIM 645 - Advanced Criminal Law
This course addresses criminal law as understood through an analysis of legal processes, court systems, and correctional institutions. It details differences across populations (e.g., juveniles vs. adults), the history of law in civil rights and civil liberties at state and federal levels and teaches students about controversies and challenges related to types of evidence, collection of evidence, chain of custody, and judicial proceedings. Three credit hours.
