NUR 651 - Rsrch_Evidence-Based Practice |
This course explores the use of current research and practice guidelines for clinical decision-making, including problem identification and outcomes measurement. Critical appraisal processes are used to determine best practices for improving patient safety, care quality, and health outcomes through integration and dissemination of new knowledge. Graduates will be prepared to provide leadership for designing, implementing and evaluating quality improvement projects and safety initiatives to guide practice and improve outcomes.
