HCMT 610.HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS This course focuses on operations management, a critical skill area important for health care leadership. The content of this course examines the complex interdisciplinary processes, labor and asset productivity, and operational performance involving quantitative and qualitative skills for health care managers. Covering a range of topics from quality management to data analyses, HCMT 610 explains the important concepts and skills necessary to lead a modern health care organization. Three credit hours.
