NURN 412 - Nursing Leadership and Mgmt |
In this course, the student will synthesize nursing theory and practice while using the nursing process to plan and coordinate care focusing on agencies as clients. Synthesizing nursing, leadership, and management theories, the student will learn to effect change in the health care delivery system. The student will incorporate decision-making experiences in multidisciplinary groups. Prerequisite or co-requisite: NURN 307, or instructor permission. Two credit hours (2,0).
